GREETINGS

SCRIPTURE READING & PRAYER

Ohio Peace Officers for Christ was formed in 2002 to support Peace Officers for Christ International and Christian Peace Officers in Ohio. Our goal is to share the word of God with our brothers and sisters in law enforcement and win others to Christ. We hope to form together a network of support for our law enforcement brothers and sisters in their times of need.

We hope to be sending out our quarterly newsletter to share our news and keep you updated on our good works.

God Bless,

Kevin Groves, President

For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled; But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ. For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing. For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the spirit:

1 Peter 3:12-18

Remember we are all faced with challenges every day. Sometimes we may stumble and in our time of need feel a lack of support from the public and our administrations. Remember that prayers to our Lord do not go unanswered, but they may not be the answers we are looking for. However, God will not let our burdens become overwhelming as long as we keep the faith. It is in our times of hardships and trials that we grow stronger in the Lord through prayers and faith. Christ died on the Cross so that we could have eternal life with our Father in Heaven. Remember to keep God in your hearts and minds and He will carry you when you fall.

Please continue to pray for all Law Enforcement Officers, and for Ohio Peace Officers for Christ as we reach out to every Sheriff's Office and Municipal Police Dept. in Ohio. Also, keep Ohio Peace Officers for Christ in mind during your times of need and let us know if we can do anything to help.
