GREETINGS

SCRIPTURE READING & PRAYER

Ohio Peace Officers for Christ continues to support the works of Peace Officers for Christ International.

Please pray for our continued efforts to share the word of God with others and help support our brothers and sister in law enforcement when necessary.

Christian Witness

Are we all not witnesses for Christ?  Yes.  We are all evangelists, preachers, preaching the good news.  God is so deeply interested in our witness that he carefully provides for the needs of the person who speaks of God.  Are we all not God’s children? When we speak of Jesus and his love, is it not family talk.

Just by sharing our love for Jesus in conversation is witnessing. Sometimes witnessing, like teaching, takes and goes deep.

It is upon all of us as Christians to share the word of God with those around us. To bring others to Christ. In doing works, not to be selfish; the very spirit of Jesus Christ requires that we carry the word to the lost world. Ministering to the poor and other people in need.

“Do good unto all men.”

Every one therefore who shall confess me before men, him will I also confess before my Father who is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father who is in heaven. Matt 10:32-33

Matt 5:16

NEWS

Ohio Peace Officers for Christ is planning our annual meeting for February, the date and location is being finalized. Keep watching you emails for further details.

OhPOFC had our first annual Christmas fundraiser with candy bar sales in November and December. The sales went very well and we look forward to more ideas this year for Christmas fund raising. We like to say a special thanks to Paul and Paula Baker for their efforts and financial support in getting the candy bars and organizing the sale.

With the recent lose of several law enforcement officers in Ohio; it seems very difficult starting this New Year. We pray for the family and loved ones of Deputy Brandy Winfield, Officers Melissa Foster and Brian Hurst. Let us this year pray that those outside for Christ come forward and give their lives to the our Lord.

Please continue to pray of all law enforcement officers. Pray for Ohio Peace Officers for Christ and our outreach.
